1. What to do before we begin???
Please look around the pit and identify which bus your child is on. You may need this information later. On the bus list you will see who their roommates are and also who their chaperone group is.
If you want to order additional shirts you will need to see ms. Dunn, ms. Wimbush, and mrs. Mills. They will direct you what to do. Please go to the Shirt Payment table first and then the Shirt Size Table Second.
If you would like to place the food order for your child for the chick-fil-A meal and the simply fresh lunch please see the tables set up for that. You must know what bus your child is on and go to the appropriate table to order.

2. 8th Grade Washington DC Trip
March 8-11, 2017
Students Arrive: 5:00- 5:20 A.M.
Buses Depart 6:00 A.M.
Buses Return 3/11 between 9-10 PM

3. Arlington wreath laying ceremony
Marvin ridge middle school will lay a wreath in front of the tomb of the unknown PM

7. Medical information Information
Ms. Hilborn has gotten many forms for students but will need the outstanding medication asap!
All chaperones will have parent contact incase of any emergency
All teachers will have parent contact as well as medically pertinent information.
We do have one nurse on the trip who is serving in a role for emergency situations and we have at least on other parent nurse we can utilize if needed.
