2. This project is also using semi-abstraction!
It is based on seeing things in a different way… how can we, as artists, see differently?

3. Idea-
Locate letter of your first or last name, or another word, from things in the world around you.
If possible, ‘build’ the letters from a similar theme- nature, things around your house, art supplies, etc.

5. What letters do you see from everyday objects?

7. Y? Why are we doing this? We are training our eyes to see differently!
Crop, twist, turn and rotate that camera of yours to create the letters you need.

11. What letters do you see?
you must spell out at least 4+ letters.

13. Be careful of…
Taking photos of letters already there. Create your own!
Make sure you still have Depth in your photos- don’t take them flat on.
Be creative and have fun.
