8. What’s New?
We will need to make up for the missed income from Cross/Factor either through congregational growth, increased giving by existing members, expanding our revenue streams or other sources of income.
Suggestions: 4/4 Jesus Campaign, Church wide use of Melaleuca; each ministry fundraises.
Deacons will be assigned to 2 person teams to serve communion to those who are unable to get to church due to illness or disability. Deacons will also work in these 2 person teams to stay current on congregational health through through a system that uses each persons last name.

9. Improved use of GMCC FB and Website as an outreach tool and source of information regarding the church and the community
Monthly opportunity for fellowship and brief devotional, at various selected homes of members. The locations will create opportunities for members
to attend at the location that is closest to them. For ex.
Someone living in Brockton might attend a group in
Randolph. Someone else living in Mattapan or the S. End
Could attend a group in Dorchester. (Looking for
appropriate curriculum ideas)
