Production

About 90% of the annual production of MARBRITO’s high quality products is exported to markets like: European Union and Middle East. The main manufactured products are: sawn slabs, polished slabs, floorings and wall coverings, marble tiles of several sizes and thickness and other finished works by order. Since its inception, MARBRITO has been proactive in its efforts to establish an environment friendly production. Furthermore, the need for the surplus materials upturn and also the new market demands, led to the launch of two other MARBRITO product lines: mosaics and tracks with antique and polished finishes

MARBRITO has a permanent stock of several types of marbles, granites and limestones from quarries of all over the world The main raw material supplier is MARMOZ, MARBRITO’s associated company established in 1963 in Estremoz and that is one of the most important quarrying companies of the Portuguese marble industry Their modernly equipped quarries are situated in: Estremoz: Cerca and Cruz dos Meninos Borba: Rosal and Mouro Vila Viçosa: Lagoa
