Choose one of the Chocolate Bars… Pair/Share with an Elbow Partner: 1) Which bar is most to your taste and why? 2) Share one of your best personality traits.

Milk Chocolate You are an all American, love baseball, mom and apple pie. You are the cheerleader for your program, level headed, good public relations person, great fundraiser, also kind, thoughtful, always remembers everyone's birthday, playful, nurturing, help others to shine, dependable and loyal. Others often turn to you for help.

Krackel Creative, optimistic, always see the cup as half full, messy (messy desk or classroom) but organized (eventually find a missing item or believe that they will). Likes to be a hands on person; a little off-beat, funny, friendly, and outgoing and always willing to help. Likes the surprising things in life, the "krackel.” Likes situations that allow flexibility, change and growth.

Mr. Goodbar You are analytical and logical. You gather data first before giving an opinion, play the devil's advocate at meetings, tend to see all the possibilities and drive people crazy by sharing all the what ifs. Hate deadlines, put off starting things and a procrastinator. Likes to be the expert but in your own time frame. Can analyze things to death. Likes there to be rules that everyone follows. Likes a lot of structure and hates surprises.

Special Dark Patient, thoughtful, individualist and a problem solver. Likes to see a project through from start to finish. Good grant writers, works well with difficult people, insightful and reflective. Has little patience with incompetence or liars. Sets high standards for self and others. Dependable, resourceful and loyal.
