3. How to Travel Affordably
Saving money on finding an affordable flight. Maybe 2 one-way tickets are cheaper than round trip, or a multi-city trip is cheaper.
Use alternative ways to travel, e.g., bus, car, bike, or even walking. If you’re backpacking, hitching may be a useful way to get around, but stay cautious.
Before leaving for your destination(s), be sure to set a savings goal and budget your money. Its always easy to overspend when you’re on vacation.
Map out some activities, restaurants, and other things you’d like to do before hand to estimate some costs.

4. Ways to Find Cheap Airline Tickets and more!
SkyScanner- This website and mobile app gives you live, real time, prices of most major international airlines and their quick run-down itinerary
Kayak-They say “search one and done,” but if you really want the right price, you still have to do your homework. But Kayak does offer good service for finding flights and bundles as well.
TripAdvisor-Most people think TripAdvisor is for finding accommodation, but they actually have a nice flight search engine as well.

5. Ways to Find Cheap Accommodation
TripAdvisor-Other than flights, TripAdvisor searches from hotels to vacation homes to hostels and bed and breakfasts.
Air B&B- Air B&B searches your specific city’s are for vacation homes to rent for usually a 2 night minimum. Normally these are ordinary people’s apartments or houses that they rent out for the week or month.
HomeAway- This is a vacation rental marketplace with more than 1,000,000 vacation rental listings in 190 countries.
VRBO-Another alternative vacation rental marketplace
Air BnB is a pretty cool upcoming app and website. I’ve personally used it and had a great experience with it and the owners of the apartment I rented.
