Recognising the diverse need/use cases of stakeholders. Need to open up to work with other services (Open Data models and Open Protocols) T
Interoperability with repositories is via SWORD 2, while for commercial CRIS systems an API is required (now available)
Need a Create, Read, Update, Delete (CRUD) API for automated ingest metadata updates.
Need OAI-PMH end-point to harvest metadata, and allow compliance with OpenAire research data pilot.
