1 How to Run Xamarin Studio in Class
If you don’t have your laptop with you, you can still run Xamarin Studio on a Lab / classroom PC: Press the Windows key and select All Programs  Loyola Software  Academic Applications  Math and Computer Science – you will find a Xamarin Studio installer there for Xamarin Studio (not the one for Xamarin Studio 4.2.2) Double-click on that installer to run it; it may take several minutes to install If Xamarin Studio does not start after the installation, or if you close it, press the Windows key and go through the process above to (re)start it without reinstalling it You can also work in class on a Project you have started or created in your Xamarin Box Solution in the cloud: Log in to your LUC Box account from any browser, click the More Options menu beside your userid170 Solution name, and select Download, then open the Solution with Xamarin Studio from the Downloads folder Note that you can run mono, mcs, or csharp by pressing the Windows key, typing Mono, and selecting Mono Command Prompt
