Supplier will provide a Widget trained Network Architect to provide configuration, installation and skills transfer assistance. Supplier will assist with the configuration and installation of the Widget 5000 and procured network hardware and software. Supplier will provide skills transfer on the configuration, installation and management of the procured Widget hardware and software. This task is complete when thirty (30) hours of configuration, installation and skills transfer assistance have been provided.

Supplier will use its reasonable efforts to respond to all requests for maintenance and repairs within four (4) hours of receiving an Authorized Maintenance/Repair Request. Once the Technician is at the Customer’s site, the Technician will diagnose the situation and determine whether s/he is able to resolve the issue. If the Technician is not capable of resolving the issue, s/he will escalate the Authorized Maintenance/Repair Request to an appropriate Supplier representative who will arrive at Customer’s site within two (2) hours and will begin working on a resolution or work around.
