The InterNational Committee for Information Technology Standards INCITS The ISO Comments Template & the ISO eBalloting Portal INCITS TC Officers Annual Symposium April 3-5, 2017

2 ISO Comment Template Purpose
To share a few guidelines when completing the ISO Comments Template to ensure that USNB comments are registered properly with the ISO eBalloting portal. With the 2016 release to the ISO balloting portal, the system is now more automated and sensitive with regards to votes and attachments. When votes with comments are registered, the balloting portal initiates a compliance check process to ensure all ballot questions are answered and comments submitted are in the correct format. The ISO server does not accept incomplete votes and will reject incomplete comments. Once a ballot closes, the system automatically generates a consolidated set of comments.
