Introduce the left and the right: Regular and Irregular verbs. Quickly ask what regular verbs have (“they have –ed!”) and what irregular verbs haven’t (“no –ed!”). Introduce each verb one by one. Reveal the base verb and ask them if it is a regular or irregular verb then ask which side it should go on.
