Refers persons with diverse needs to appropriate self-help groups Provides information on local and national self-help programs Database of local groups is maintained by MHASD and publishes the Self-Help Directory annually. Bringing Wellness Home

10 Meeting of the Minds Annual behavioral health conference and resource fair Brings together public and private mental health providers with clients, families, and the public to promote cooperation, collaboration, and understanding Bringing Wellness Home

11 Breaking Down Barriers
Outreach through education and engagement to five target populations: Latino, African American, Native American, African, and Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Ambassadors work to increase mental health services for those with mental illness from unserved and underserved, culturally diverse populations Bringing Wellness Home
