To optimise the region’s expertise to inform the delivery of an employer led system;
To identify region’s future needs and inform capacity and capability programme;
To lever inward investment and funding to maximise skills and employment opportunities;
To create a collaborative model which offers the full range of skills, employment and workforce development services.

The network will form a collaboration of all the region’s providers;
Incorporate through open membership from across the region;
Work with the SCR by mirroring the region’s group structure as far as practicable;
Nominate an appropriate provider representative [expert] to a number of the SCR groups;
Align with both regional and national policy and strategy for economic growth and social well being;
Formulate a provider capacity and capability regional programme in response to regional needs and demand.
