Starting with the ones you feel weakest on fill in the grids to create revision summaries of some of the key events from the unit. Start by filling in what you can remember then use your notes and your own research to add more details in. A useful website is
Use the completed summaries to get someone to test you on what you know – can you remember the key points/examples?
At the end of the booklet are some question stems. Add any of the events finish off the question stems and either plan out or write some of the answers to practice.

Remember an analytical narrative needs to show why events started, how and why they developed as they did and what the overall ending conclusion was. Connectives and linking sentences will help you with this – use your suitcase words!
