It’s Not Perpetual Motion
When we say “free energy”, we’re referring to harvesting sources that are free for the taking, and renewable. Just because it appears to be coming from “nowhere” doesn’t mean there isn’t some unseen mechanism in play. Emerging Free Energy Technologies Sterling D. Allan, New Energy Congress (.org)

Rossi Cold Fusion COLD FUSION
Italian inventor, Andrea Rossi, has developed a technology that uses nickel and hydrogen under pressure and heat, in the presence of a proprietary catalyst to generate copious heat. He is presently building 125 units of 10 kW capacity to make a 1 megawatt demonstration plant in Greece, where they will be manufacturing more units for commercial distribution. This is cheap, safe, clean energy. Due to the low cost of nickel, the high power output, and the simplicity of construction, this technology could revolutionize energy production across the world. No other current energy technology will be able to compete in terms of cost effectiveness or ecological friendliness. Emerging Free Energy Technologies Sterling D. Allan, New Energy Congress (.org)

Rossi Cold Fusion -- Overview
The Energy Catalyzer is a “Cold Fusion” device that produces nuclear reactions at temperatures much lower than in conventional fusion reactions such as a star. It operates by placing nickel powder of very fine particle size along with undisclosed catalysts (for proprietary reasons) in a pressurized hydrogen atmosphere. Heat is applied with a series of resistors until the material in the reactor reaches around 450 degrees Celsius when nuclear reactions start taking place. A reactor with a volume of one liter can produce at a minimum 10 kW of output for six months utilizing only 100 grams of nickel powder and even less hydrogen as fuel. After six months a vast majority of the fuel will be remaining and 90% of it can be recycled, reprocessed, and used again. Emerging Free Energy Technologies Sterling D. Allan, New Energy Congress (.org)
19
Rossi Cold Fusion -- Proven
The Energy Catalyzer has been proven to work, has been tested by third party scientists, and unlike conventional nuclear fission based power is worry free. An E-Cat module has continually heated a small factory in Italy for over two years. In a recent test performed by third party scientists at the University of Bologna in Italy the device produced 15 kW of constant thermal output for 18 hours using only 80 watts of continual input. The output can be higher, because it was throttled down from 130 kW. During tests performed at the University of Bologna it was demonstrated no radiation escapes the reactor during operation. In addition, Andrea Rossi has been testing E-Cats for years only inches away from reactors with no ill effects which would be expected if radiation was escaping. No radioactive elements are put into the system and no nuclear waste is produced. Moments after turning the system off no radiation can be detected inside of the reactor. Presently undergoing 1-year test at the University of Bologna. Emerging Free Energy Technologies Sterling D. Allan, New Energy Congress (.org)
20
Rossi Cold Fusion – to Market
Rapid testing and development of the technology leading to commercialization is taking place. A one megawatt plant composed of 125 E-Cat modules will be opening in Xanthi, Greece in the second half of October. Before the 125 units are shipped to Greece they will be tested and demonstrated in the USA. Defkalion Green Technologies has acquired 200 million Euros in funding for a factory to be opened in Xanthi, Greece that will produce 300,000 units a year. These first units are expected to cost around 3,500 Euro each. Andrea Rossi has made deals with partner companies in the USA. Manufacturing of units in the USA (in addition to the 125 units being manufactured in Leonardo Technology Inc's factory in Miami, Florida) is expected to rapidly commence soon after the Xanthi plant is opened. PlasmERG Noble Gas Engine
JOSEPH PAPP TECHNOLOGY PlasmERG Noble Gas Engine The noble (inert) gas engine by PlasmERG, Inc, with just five moving parts, would allegedly cost 1/3 what a regular engine of comparable output would cost. Meanwhile, its fuel cost would be negligible. It's kind of like a Stirling engine -- a sealed system -- except that the expanding component is internal, and comes by way of a plasma form of inert, noble gasses, which are not consumed in the process, and which are environmentally benign anyway. Think Tesla’s Pierce Arrow
ELECTROSTATIC Ismael Aviso Philippine inventor, Ismael Aviso, has developed a number of related technologies that collect energy from the ambient environment. The components of his device include a series of coils, a number of small capacitors, and an antenna that helps harvest ambient energy. Micro-processors control components of the system and create resonance effects. A custom made transistor that resists voltage spikes is also utilized. The Collected ambient energy is used to keep a battery charged. Think Tesla’s Pierce Arrow Emerging Free Energy Technologies Sterling D. Allan, New Energy Congress (.org)

ELECTROSTATIC Ismael Aviso -- Technologies The first technology, “Aviso's Self-Charging Electric Car” utilizes a device connected to an ordinary 12 volt battery that allows it to power an electric vehicle without being drained. The second technology is called the MEG (Motionless Electronic Generator). It generates electrical energy that can be used to power inductive and resistive loads. The third technology is called the “Electro-Piston.” It is a method of producing a very large magnetic repulsive force. Emerging Free Energy Technologies Sterling D. Allan, New Energy Congress (.org)
