Teachers using tablets in their classroom will have a digital citizenship lesson before tablets are even assigned to students.

Each student will have an assigned numbered tablet in each classroom in which they are used.

Teacher will assign two (2) tablet monitors for each period. These students will be the only ones to pass out the tablets. Teachers will allow the last few minutes of class for tablets to be returned in a like fashion.

Students will not change settings or add/download any additional programs on these tablets without direct instruction or permission of teacher.

Students will report problems or changes to the teacher immediately. (Remember, the network will identify you if you are on an inappropriate site.)

Usage of tablets is in agreement with our current technology user’s agreement that all students have signed. (Tablet usage is a privilege-not a right!)

You break it…you buy it. Remember, these are not made to bounce off the floor. Keep the tablet in the center of your desk…never on the edge or corner. Carelessness on your part will be costly.
