We provide feedback on each subcontractor (company and/or employee) on the Subcontractor Evaluation Form. Your role is to execute your work professionally and successfully with Team.

QMS Registration Audits (External Audits)
Each year National Quality Assurance (NQA) visits the offices to conduct an External Audit. The auditor will talk with various employees and may call you (see the next slide for more information)! These audits are important and we must follow our own QMS to maintain our ISO registration. The ISO Certification helps us during the bidding process as most Government contracts now require a Quality Control Plan (QCP). See your contract Proposal and read your QCP.
