1. Coty Hosts Russian Journalists in New York

2. Barry Shields and the Global Sally Hansen Marketing team created a two day event in New York to showcase Sally Hansen and Coty cosmetics and fragrances.
Guests included 7 Russian Beauty Editors and representatives from Sally Hansen’s marketing partner in Russia, Eurocosmetics.
The first day included an overview on the state of the Sally Hansen Global Franchise, a nail care seminar by Sally Hansen Nail Care Expert and a pampering, instructional manicures.
On day two guests rode to Morris Plains via luxury coach to tour Coty’s R&D facilities.

4. The newly relocated and reopened Museum of Arts and Design was the setting for Day 1 of the Sally Hansen presentations. The gleaming new museum, perched high above Columbus Circle, featured magnificent views of Broadway, Time Warner Center and Central Park. The room was designed for comfortable seating during the presentations and pampering manicures for each editor. The presentations were followed by lunch and a private guided tour of the museum and a gift bag of COTY products.

5. Professional Treatment Techniques Professional Manicure Techniques
Dana Caruso, the Sally Hansen Nail Expert, presented a program to educate the journalists on nail care and Sally Hansen brand's most extensive collection of treatment and color products. The presentation included in depth information profession nail care, while her team of manicurists demonstrated one-on-one techniques on each journalist. 10. At Coty’s Morris Plains facility, Ralph Macchio, Alan Farer and their teams rolled out the red carpet to welcome the editors. They provided in depth presentations of the facility and procedures. They demonstrated the importance of this state of the art institute for development and testing to support the innovation that makes Coty a global cosmetics powerhouse with category leading brands.

11. The nail lab was of particular interest and afforded an opportunity for the editors to create their own shades.

12. Editors were shown the lip gloss basics and had their choice of hundreds of pearls to customize their color.

13. Editors explore the subtitles of creating fragrance, and the technology in developing skincare

14. Editors were shown the stringent testing protocol necessary for nail care and color claims, and mascara testing.
