SUMMARY The Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) is a high level training program designed to provide employees with companywide knowledge through select technology courses and collaborative projects, to become the leaders of tomorrow. .. RESPONSIBILITIES Research, evaluate and recommend viable solutions to business issues Work on a division, group, and/or peer team to complete assigned projects Complete and present team projects to stakeholders Present technical data to team mates QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors of Science (BS) in Engineering … Overall GPA of 3.5 or better; Core Class GPA of 3.2 or better Excellent communication and teaming skills…… HOW TO APPLY U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident Status Required
