2. Background
The Cambodian Confederation of Union (CCU) had been formed in July 6th, (CCU) was jointly established by the Cambodian Independent Teachers’ Association (CITA) and The Free Trade Union of Worker of the Kingdom of Cambodia (FTUWKC). The objective and goal are to gather the teachers' organization and workers' unions to become unique body of institution and closely helping each other to influence the authorities and government decision-making. And it has more memberships at all 24 provinces and garment factories in Cambodia.

3. The Free Trade Union of Workers of the Kingdom of Cambodia (FTUWKC) was established in beginning of 1996 and currently has more than members and created more than 198 local unions at factory across the country.
The Cambodian Independent Teachers' Association (CITA) was established in March 2000, recognised by the Ministry of Interior No: 729, 17 July, 2001.

4. TARGET FACTORY WORKERS
REINFORCE THE LOCAL UNION
REINFORCE Organizing workers place to discuses about union and benefit of them.
The workers Collective members is very important for unions.

5. Objective
The main objective of my presentation will be based on establishing a data communication link between the members and the union officials. In vast areas of industry I have seen that there are lack of awareness most of the members are not aware of the benefits and conditions.
My second objective is to establish a proper membership deduction from the social security policies. This will be established upon negotiation with the factory management as at present the members are paying of front to the union delegates which is some time miss-used.

6. Activity
I will present my action plan to my respective union board and on the acknowledgement of the board I will conduct workshop on the awareness of the beneficial aspect. On the same hand I can see that workshop need to be conducted for officials to teach them technical knowledge as far as data analyzing is concerned.
A well informed union is a strong union which has the power to make decision on workers welfare and rights.
Upon negotiation with the management, the deduction authority form will be circulated amongst the workers and copy will be handed to the National Social Fund department for the deduction. The total deduction will be afforded to the union office as a check which will be deposited in our union account. Thus this will minimize the corruption and mishandling of the members fund.
