M/S Dinanath Gyasilal is a fastest growing business conglomerate with a strong presence in the market with a determination to move up the business value chain in term of quality products with on time delivery. M/S Dinanath Gyasilal has always been acknowledged for its excellence with a glorious history of more than 125 years of experience & excellence into the trading & super stockist business profile. M/S Dinanath Gyasilal established in year 1895 with the vision to become a leader into the Trading Business. Since past 20 years we performed extremely well in order to establish us as a leading Super Stockist / C&F Agent (including warehousing & Logistics services) in Gwalior zone of Madhya Pradesh.

3. Business History
In year 1850 our Fore Father established trading business of Refined Sugar and that is continue till date with same name at same place. Being pioneers we are well known as ‘shakarwala’ in Gwalior.
In year 1965, we started Dal & Oil Mill, at that time we had launched consumer packing of 4kg & 10 kg of Groundnut & Mustered Oil with Brand Name of ‘Ram’ which was very famous in M.P. and Bihar.
As Time changes we had done expansion and as a pioneers established Edible Oil 50 TPD in 1983 which is successfully operated till year During that time our products were Soyabean Refined Oil, DOC, Soy Lecithin and Mustered Oil with Brand Name of ‘Ram’. We had Supplied Soyabean Refined Oil to Indian Military and Defence Services for 10 years by wagon load in consumer pack of tin. We had established network of 36 dealers all over M.P. & Chhattisgarh for our Products.
We are sales promoter of Liberty Oils for Gwalior division, which covers 5 Districts and nearby.
By grace of all mighty blessings of Param Pujya Swami Ramdev Ji Maharaj & Shradhye Acharya Shri Bal Kishan Ji Maharaj in year 2012, we started working for Patanjali Ayurved Limited & Divya Pharmacy, Haridwar.
Currently we are looking after wholesale Sugar Business and Handling Distribution Channel of Patanjali Ayurved Limited for more them 10 Districts of M.P.

4. Infrastructure Office
Our Head office is well developed with modern infrastrcture under a covered area of 2000 square feet located at main commercial place at Dal Bazar of city Gwalior (MP)  Godown / Warehouse  Currently we are having a warehouse of 28,000 square feet Baraghata Area, Out of Which 12,000 Square Feet is built up Warehouse. Delivery Vehicles 1. LPT-14 feet (2) 2. Mahindra Bolero Pickup (2) 3. Tata Magic (2) Human Resource : 1 Manager  2 Office Staff for handling Payments, Computer & day to day paper work. 2 Supervisor 8 Hammals for loading & unloading goods

Shri Ram Kishan Garg (Age - 86 Years) a well known name in the business community in Gwalior (MP). The roots of which comes way back in 1895 when his grand father Late Shri Gyasilal Ji established the firm M/S Dinanath Gyasilal dealing into trading of refined sugar which still exist under the same firm.
In year 1951 Shri Ram kishan Garg did B.com from JIWAJI UNIVRSITY Gwalior and through his knowledge and business expertise started DAL & OIL mill in In the very initial days he understood the importance of consumers and their needs & he started with 4kg and 10kg consumer packing of Ground Nut and Mustard oil under the Brand name "Ram". With the regular need for expansion we took charge of market and established a 50 TPD plant of Refindedible oil in the year Through this plant we have supplied oil to government agency like Indian Military & IDPL also as well as MNCs like JK Pharma & Torrent Pharma

12. Our Team
As the time progressed Satish Garg ( Age - 60 Years) came as one more hand in the business and with time he expanded our roots to civil contracting. He was awarded as Road construction and Maintenance contract of NHAI from Gwalior to Agra of A.B. Road highway which is NH-3. 
Also with his expertise and hard work we expanded ourselves into Sales and Distribution business and became the sales promoter of Liberty Oils for Gwalior division which covers 5 districts. Currently he is taking care into wholesale Sugar & Edible Oil Business.

Akhil Agrawal ( Age - 36 Years ) Joined the family business at a early age and was keen to expand and innovate the new methods and ideas for the business. He expanded the family business to a much higher level by putting up another big and valuable gem in the profile as Super Distributors of Patanjali Ayurved Limited & Divya
Pharmacy Haridwar. Though it’s not only about the business but also about the way of life. We are currently looking after Gwalior division which covers a total area of 10 districts for the company. In year 2005 , he started a Broking / Trading firm for sugar market with membership of NBOT (National Board of Trade, Indore). At later stages membership of NCDEX (which is known as 3rd largest voluminous exchange in the world after Chicago and Malaysia for edible Oil and NCEDX), MCX also taken due to online business and requirment of time. In series of Future Trade he has Joint Venture in India with LT International for Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT), Kulalampur Commodity Exchange (KLCE), CME & Nymex. He handald the great volume in sugar trade of commodities. Due to his keen interest and attachment for social work he is been associated with many of the groups like Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce, Lions Club etc.
