Assume all material posted on the Internet is copyrighted
If you use the information, ensure you receive written permission from the copyright owner
“Fair Use” has a strict definition and is not a catch-all for using copyrighted material. If you are using the material in scholarly research ensure you give appropriate credit
Fair use allows using portions of copyrighted information for teaching, research, etc, but must be limited in scope ( a few pages, not the whole book) and should be referenced.
