2. Childhood Background May 19, 1870 – January 16, 1936
His father died of a heart attack, which caused his mother to put him in an Orphanage due to financial problems.
He was frequently whipped and beaten there and discovered that he enjoyed physical pain.
The other orphans would often tease him for getting erections whenever he gets beaten.
Started having a homosexual relationship at the age of 12 with young boys.

3. Early Life
Fish moved to New York City in 1890 and became a male prostitute. He said he began raping young boys and when imprisoned, he regularly had sex with men while in prison.
Throughout 1989 he continued molesting young boys under the age of 6 as he works as a house painter.
Developed an interest in castration; he once dated a mentally challenged man and tried to castrate him.

4. Attacks He claimed to “Had children in every state.”
Albert Hamilton Fish was an American masochistic serial killer and cannibal. He once said, “I like children, they are tasty.”
He often wrote long notes to the family of his early victims, explaining how he captured them.
He was tied to 15 murder cases, but was only convicted for the murder of Grace Budd.

5. Grace Budd
Grace Budd was a ten year old girl who was murdered and eaten by Albert Fish in 1928.
Her family was one of the few who received letters of the kidnap from Fish.
The letter was used to trace Fish and was used in the trial on March 1935.
He was then convicted guilty and was put on death sentence via electric chair.
