Wetting agent : 2 ml/l
Temperature : 70 – 80oC
Time : 50 minute
Liquor ratio : 1 : 30

Temperature : Room temperature
Time : 10 minute

8. Procedure Operation
Goods and chemical agent weigh as according to calculation of recipe
NaOH flake ,wetting agent input to glass beaker ,stirer to spread flatten and condensation heated according to recipe
Process during 50 minute
Afterwards rinsing by cold water and hot water
Then process neutralizing with acetate during 10 minute
Afterwards the fabric rinsing by cold water and hot water
Drying with stenter
To weigh materials
Calculated % heavy reduction which is heavy percentage shown of weight fabric is loss
