2 2 part training for BMAT:
All Staff: Complete by October 25, 2016: 2 part training for BMAT: 1. Video in LMS: -BMAT: Inpatient RNs/OT/PT ONLY: (LMS- CEPD276 Duke MOVES BMAT Competency Validation Video )~ 10 min 2. Annual Duke MOVES Training (~5-10 min) A. Review case studies & complete quiz on answer sheet provided in 6E breakroom B. Give completed quiz to KD/HT to be signed off

3 2 part training for Falls:
All Staff: Complete by October 25, 2016: 2 part training for Falls: 1. Posey chair alarm training and sign off with Hadja 2. Annual Falls Training (~5-10 min) A. Review case studies & complete quiz on answer sheet provided in 6E breakroom B. Give completed quiz to KD/HT to be signed off

4 Blue Liners: BMAT Level: 1, 2, or 3 Weight Limit: 300 Lbs
Applications: Slide patient to the head of the bed Turn patient onto his/her side; then to the back in bed Shift patient to the center of bed Move a patient from supine to sitting at edge of bed Move a patient from sitting at edge of bed to supine Transfer laterally Place a sling behind a seated patient Don and doff compression hose

5 Powered Sit-stand Lift: Saraplus/Encore
BMAT Level: 2 or 3 Weight Limit: 420 lb Applications: Supports a patient sitting on edge of bed Lifts a patient up to stand and holds in standing for self care tasks Weighs a patient Transfers to chair, wheelchair, bedside commode

6 Maximove BMAT Level: 1, 2, or 3 Weight Limit: 500 lb (Maximove)
Applications: Transfers a patient between bed/recliner/bedside commode/wheelchair/floor Weighs a patient Holds legs for perineal care on the bed

7 Clip Maximove Loop Maxisky Celing lift

8 BMAT Level:1, 2, or 3 Weight Limit: 600 lb or 1000 lb Applications: Repositions a patient in bed Transfers a patient between bed/recliner/commode/wheelchair/floor Holds legs for wound and perineal care
