3 2015/16 Winter Workouts Location- Bardos Diamond Sports, Parker Colorado When- Individual Workouts Begin week of November 2nd - December… Players must sign up online for this. Team Workouts begin Wed Jan 6th – Feb 27th. Wednesdays 3:30-5pm and Saturdays 6am-8am March/April- Players can workout on Sundays Cost- $375 DUE November 1st Make checks payable to CTHS

2015/16 Winter Workouts In addition to Winter Workouts at Bardo’s, Fee also covers the following starting in November going thru February: Strength Training Speed and Agility Arm Conditioning

5 2016 Tryouts Coachability- receptive to coaches and the skills we teach at CT Academics- must be in good academic standing. Behavior- in and out of the classroom, referrals, good citizen Strength/conditioning/speed/agility- Conditioning begins in Nov - Tryouts Commitment to Team/Program- work habits, leadership, selflessness Athletic Ability- position skill, hitting, throwing, base-running. Is Player good for Team and Program Chemistry

6 Tryout Measurements Strength Training- Bench, Squat, Deadlift (Modified) Agility- Pro Agility and T-test Speed- 60yrd sprint Defense- Movement, Range, Coordination Offense- Contact, Power, Mechanics Arm Strength- Velocity and Position Evaluation

7 Spring - Time Commitment
We will practice and play games M-Sat. Monday 3-6:00pm Saturday- TBD by coach. Spring Break- No games for Sophomores and Freshmen. Varsity and JV will travel to Arizona. Season runs Feb 29th- May 7th Players MUST commit to being at ALL practices and games to be considered for a spot on one of the teams.

Athletic Department budget generally is enough for baseballs Our Booster Club Finances the Following Field Maintenance for 2 Fields- mowing, fertilizing, dirt, mound, weed control, servicing vehicles, supplies. Baseball Supplies- helmets, balls, bases, nets, screens, t’s, tarps, field paint, pressbox & concession items, etc etc. It takes a massive financial effort!!

The purpose/mission of the CT Dugout Club is to financially support ALL Teams and Players throughout the year. Provide funds for field maintenance. Maintain a quality concession stand and pressbox.

One Level of membership for 2016 Season $175 All Families are asked to pay this fee as your son is the direct recipient of the supplies and equipment this pays for.

CT Summer Baseball Committed to ALL CT players, families, and Cherokee Trail High School Baseball! I will support CT Baseball only. As other programs have begun their “Recruiting”, I am also recruiting! $250 Summer Deposit Due by December 1st Success as a program takes the commitment of players to play together, grow together, compete against one another, and learn together as a collective group throughout the spring, summer, and fall… We have proven That!!!

22 2016 Fall Baseball 18U Select Team will be added in 2016 and will compete in showcase tournaments at UNC, UNM, AZ Senior Showcase w/ Utah Baseball Academy, trips to Junior Colleges in Colorado and Kansas. 3-4 teams with developmental approach.
