We moved in to our unit in First Baron Residences four months ago.  I would say that our stay is more than pleasant and comfortable. Why First Baron? To start with, it is situated in an area in San Juan City which is in the center of everything but without the noise and pollution and bustle of an urban center.  The neighborhood is very quiet and is surrounded by patches of greenery. In addition, we are provided a refreshing view of the Wackwack golf course. Secondly, it is in close proximity to schools, hospitals, commercial and business centers. It is a bonus that it is near my workplace (a short walking distance, actually) so I don’t have to deal with traffic everyday.  Thirdly, the units are spacious and airy. And, since there are only thirty plus units and even fewer units per floor, it is easy to get a feel of community with the neighbors and to coordinate with the management and staff of the building. On the whole, our investment in First Baron Residences afforded us value for money as well as the quality of an upscale development. - Teresa Reyna

We wanted to move to our own place... a place that is near Greenhills, but not too close to experience the traffic and many stoplights that major streets have. First Baron Residences was just right.  When we saw the units left for sale, I asked for the layouts and studied which one would be more suitable for my growing family. The 2- bedroom units left were still kind of too small for us so I had to pick the two 1- bedroom units next to each other which we joined together to make it more spacious. What I like with the unfurnished type of units being sold is that I can redo the layout so long as it was possible.  We did some readjustments with the layout and even got high ceiling for our living area. I must say, I'm sure every unit here at First Baron has their own respective interior beauty and style.  I had great fun putting my personal touch and design in our unit, but it is definitely a lot of work and communication with the contractor's people to make sure that they understood what I want. I am no interior designer but I know what I want. First Baron was the beginning.  Living here is simple and convenient. The employees, namely the guards, the administration and the cleaner, are all nice. As of now, when we have problems with our unit especially on paint work or electrical related issues, the contractor of the building, whose painters and electrician are still in the building, is very kind to be of service.  Our internet provider, whose office is also here in the building, is also very helpful when we have concerns.  If you have any problems or questions, the administration will lend an ear and take note so that it can be discussed in the next meeting with the rest of the unit owners. Our decision to move here proved to be a good one.  We feel right at home. -Jacquelyn F.

I bought my 2BR unit as an investment. I had it finished by the In House contractor at a fair price, and requested the help of the marketing staff to have it rented out. Even before my unit was finished, we already received several inquiries from interested parties. We were able to rent it out easily right after it was ready for occupancy. It was a good investment for me and I am considering the idea to get another unit from Baron 2. The admin staff and marketing people were very helpful and accommodating to me. -Jonathan Y.
