Go to and complete the online application. The process will take about minutes. Application to the college online 2. Take the Placement test Call (909) or go to the Assessment Center in Bldg. 9B to set up an appointment. Placement for English, Math and Reading 3. Attend a College Orientation Call (909) for an appointment or you can complete your “Online Orientation” through your Mt. SAC Student Portal. Basic information you need to know as a new Credit Student 4. See a counselor Call (909) or schedule a counseling appointment online through your Mt. SAC Student Portal. It’s recommended that you visit a counselor before registering for classes. Get advice on courses at Mt. SAC 5. Register for classes To register for classes, you must log onto your Mt. SAC Student Portal. If you need assistance, then you can go to the Student Services Center in Bldg. 9B. Get your classes online through your Mt. SAC Portal Account 6. Pay your fees After you have registered for your class(es), you can pay online through your Mt. SAC Student Portal or at the Bursar’s Office in Bldg. 4.
