1 STUFFED grape LEAVES(SARMA)

2 They are the ultimate finger food and are often served as a side dish with a dot of yoghurt.

3 INGREDIENTS Ingredients Quantity Ground beef 500 gr. Tomatoes 2 pieces
Tomatoes 2 pieces Rice 1,5 water glass Salt and black pepper 3 tsp. Onion 1 piece Parsley and dill 1 bundle Fresh or brine leaves 200 gr.

4 PREPARATION First, the mixture is prepared. Onion, tomato (peeled) or (tomato paste) ,dill,parsley is chopped in small pieces. Put the ground beef, rice, salt, black pepper and 1/2 tea glass oil into the mixture

6 PREPARATION The mixture is wrapped in grape leaves (thin and small).

8 preparatIon Leafs rolls are placed in the saucepan. The sauce that is prepared with water,tomato paste and butter is added to the saucepan Cook over medium heat.

10 preparatIon Yoghurt with garlic and the fried sauce (tomato paste, red pepper) is poured over the dish and is served hot.
