Purpose Built Offshore Oil Exchange System
Pre-filtered product in additional 1000l IBCs (4x per additional 10’ bunded container)
Operational preheating / temperature conditioning
Connected to main pumping unit to replenish ‘clean’ tank
Waste Oil evacuated into empty IBC and offloaded at port
Container replenished with new IBCs

filter and clean removed oil for re-use as
flushing product, providing a potential 60%
cost reduction.

The STT System is fully bunded to 120% capacity in the event of any oil release.
Hoses are rated with a 3 x redundancy factor.
System is fitted with a zero leakage breakaway system.
To date we have had zero drops of oil in water/on vessel/on tower
