4. Searching for what you want
You don’t want to read hundreds of volunteer position descriptions.

5. Filter You only want to read those that fit your
interests, skills and availability.
You enter “filters” (also called criteria or preferences).
EXAMPLE:
medical field
weekends
no more than 10 miles from my home

6. Narrowed search
When you use filters, it “refines” the search and gives you only those that fit for you.

They will usually interview you.
