5. Step 4 – cancellation
If advisor licenses are expiring, the CSP licenses will automatically be reassigned to users once advisor licenses expire
Open 365 licenses will expire and the CSP licenses will take their place. Those will be labeled “Product Key” under Cost.

Navigate to “Billing”>”Subscsriptions”, highlight the subscription and then select “cancel”. If the cancel option is not available, you must call Microsoft Cloud support and cancel
