2 District Priorities Math & Literacy College and Career Readiness
Student Engagement I have shared several presentations on the LCAP. What we are currently doing How we are assessing the effectiveness of strategies in each priority area Parent & staff input Now, the additions to LCAP based on community input. The revisions that will be added in going foward.

3 GOAL 1: MATH & LITERACY All students will achieve proficiency in math and literacy. (Critical thinking, problem-solving, technology) 100% teachers credentialed 100% staff development in standards New Teacher Project Technology in classrooms and assignments for students Curriculum materials process (teachers, admin. Board approval) New Teacher Project 2 years – mentor

Sept.(1st week) then adding staff or moving students if needed, also 3. Additional Title I teacher at BCE for math instruction & coaching, 4. Additional funding to add hourly support teachers for literacy & math, math coaching 5. Tech - Digital Citizenship curriculum & teacher training 6. Lead teachers in TECH, MATH as support for staff 7. Assessment supports & calendar of assessments & data review, funding approximately 7. Funding for after school and in school INTERVENTIONS Dept. Grade Lead training to facilitate assessment & intervention planning
