Background
As part of the Absenteeism & Incapacity service offering to Transnet, ICAS offers Absence Management Training sessions.
300 in-contact sessions are offered during the three year contract period, which has been proportionally assigned to the operating divisions.

Understanding the roles and responsibilities of management and employees in the RTW
interview process
Case examples of Return to work interviews to
facilitate learning
