Background As part of the Absenteeism & Incapacity service offering to Transnet, ICAS offers Absence Management Training sessions. 300 in-contact sessions are offered during the three year contract period, which has been proportionally assigned to the operating divisions. An outline of the training sessions will follow. ` Return to work interviews training session Duration: 1 hour session Target audience: Employees / supervisors and line managers Session focuses on: Overview of leave types (Employee session) Understanding the purpose of conducting RTW interviews Understanding the return to work interview process & outcomes Understanding the roles and responsibilities of management and employees in the RTW interview process Case examples of Return to work interviews to facilitate learning Please change Employees/ Supervisors to  Employees / supervisors
