2. Tooling-Winding The winding base tube was assembled
The base block and mandrel laminations are under inspection
The top winding tooling (winding spool support rail assembly) will be delivered by Dec. 16

3. Tooling-Curing Pusher bars are under inspection
Curing spacers for L1 curing will be delivered by 12/11/2013

4. Curing Mold and Other Tooling
Curing Mold is almost ready (heater wire connection)
Rollover Tooling is under inspection.

5. Coil Parts Delivery of 6 sets of poles is 12/09/2013 Wedges
01/13/2014, deliver sample wedges for production approval (enough for 1 coil fabrication)
03/17/2014, deliver L1 wedges
04/07/2014, deliver L2 wedges
7 mil S2 glass tape, lead time 2~3 wks after vendor receiving the order. (now under paper work)

6. Reaction and Impregnation Tooling
3 sets of SQXF Reaction fixtures and Impregnation fixtures
Most of the tooling will be delivered by 01/20/2014
All the form block and mandrel block are still under bidding process.

7. Current total M&S cost Winding and curing tooling: ~$116k
Curing Mold: ~$55k
3 sets Reaction and impregnation tooling: ~ 230k
Coil parts: ~40k
