2. LR status
Practice copper coil to be wound next week, impregnation within a month
Oven acceptance test tomorrow.
Impregnation tooling complete.
Reaction tooling due back from grinding and stress relief this week. Next: final machining at BNL.

3. LR input into LQ Tooling:
Impregnation fixture: Aluminum plates bowed ~ ½” over 4m due to machining of holes. Used available fixture to straighten. (Kudos to techs!!)
Reaction fixture: tight specs on flatness, bending. Meeting flatness spec has taken extra effort.

4. LR input to LQ Fixtures:
Engineering, design effort on winding machine, cable inspection/respooling machine above estimates.
Cable respooling machine needed to for respooling. Inspection of insulation on Cu cable revealed several joints between different sleeves that were as much as 0.015” too thick. No popped wires.
