Most, though, live on land that has poor soil and too little rain
Still, others do not have the tools or land to make a good living

Cash crops (all of one thing) replace family subsistence farming (completely meet a family’s needs)

People earn money by cutting down the trees and selling them
Some countries are planting trees in order to renew this resource

Ghana is the leading exporter of gold
Other mineral resources from Africa include: copper, silver, uranium, titanium, and diamonds.
