IS RESIDUAL LIPID BEHIND THE STENT/PLAQUE PROTRUSION A POOR PROGNOSTIC MARKER? SHOULD WE BE SCAFFOLDING THEM WITH BIOABSORBABLE STENTS? WOULD CETP INHIBITORS HOLD ANY PROMISE?
