Application or concept description
You play a farmer who must shepherd his flock of sheep around obstacles into the shearing machine, using the directional pad to plot and toggle arrows to guide your sheep. Success is measured in sweaters produced from the harvested wool.

ShearMadness combines great artwork with addictive game play around a completely unique game concept and game mechanic.
Possible business model and competition
Further play-test and improve game, design more levels and features. Then publish for sale with free “lite” version on content aggregators and partners via Adobe Mobile Packager with Flash Lite Distributable Player.
Competition includes well-established puzzle strategy games like Tetris, but ShearMadness will offer a fresh and clever take on the grid-puzzle genre by appealing to players of The Sims and other resource allocation NPC games.
Status and deployment
High-fidelity playable testing prototype. Still needs screen adaptation feature (portrait/landscape mode switching), sound design, additional levels and performance optimizations, saving progress, viral features, leaderboard, etc.
Built for Flash Lite 2.0 and up with Adobe Flash Lite Distributable Player, and tested on Nokia N95 8GB. Final dev will target all S60 & WM FLDP capable devices including (6120c, E51, E65, E71, N73, N78, N82, N95, N96, N81)
