10 Our private tour As a private group
We have a flexible departure date so EF can find best possible flights for our group. Our travel dates will be confirmed about two months prior to departure. Until then, keep these dates open: Earliest possible departure date: 10/11/17 Latest possible return date: 10/28/17 Our private group fees are based on at least 15 paying participants traveling. If more travel, our private group fees will go down. If fewer travel, the private group fees will increase

Personalized learning powered by your students’ curiosity Before tour, you’ll connect your personal interests and passions to your destination by developing an essential question to investigate while traveling. On tour, continue to explore your question as you collect meaningful evidence through taking notes, interviewing locals, and visiting cultural sites. After tour, you’ll reflect through a creative project. This project is eligible for high school or college credit, a great asset for college applications, and an awesome way to show friends and family everything you experienced out in the world.

13 What are you responsible for?
Spending money For additional tour experiences, free time activities, souvenirs, beverages, lunches and snacks (roughly $30-$65 per day recommended) Tips For your Tour Director, bus driver and local guides (roughly $10 per day) Baggage fees charged by airlines, if applicable Requested rooming upgrades Passport and/or visa fees

14 Passports & visas All travelers are responsible for securing necessary documentation Passports Valid passports are required for all travelers. Passports may take up to 14 weeks to process. ** Important note: Passports must be valid for at least six months after our return date to the USA. (TSA/Dept. of State rule) Visas Non U.S. citizens may require special visas or other travel documents.

EF Price Guarantee—your guaranteed lowest price will never change once you enroll You pay: $417 a month $13 a day
