Past Presidents The SC General Assembly created the “Firemens Fund Bill”. Columbia Fire Chief Archie M. Marsh Orangeburg Fire Chief G.H.Fisher Lancaster Fire Chief K. C. Billings 1907 Charleston Fire Chief Louis Behrens became the first President of the SC Firemen’s Association and held the office until his death 1932. Charleston Fire Chief John H.
