2. Learning Theories and ICT
Teaching and learning styles is a topic of particular interest to teachers at all levels and all ages.
The evolution of PCs and the presence of NT in the classroom has influenced several learning and study strategies.
The most basic learning theories are:
Behaviorism
Constructivism
Cognitive approach
Sociocultural theories

4. Behaviorism
Started as a theory by the American psychologist Watson j. (1914)
Examines the differentiation on the behavior of the learner ZWRQ

According to contemporary  views and trends of Behaviorism, education depends on the learning environment and the way teaching is structured through the following process:

questions
student answers
correct answers by the instructor

By this process the teacher can monitor  differentiation in student behavior   considering the correct answers given by the learner
PC presence and NT enable the learners to control by themselves the flow of training and learning through error/feedback process by the correct answers.

«… teaching with computers can build on some positive elements of Behaviorism:
Some typical advantages of teaching programmes using computers are the student’s ability to follow his/her own pace of learning and the right to make mistakes by process of trial and error

According to Jonassen et al (1995) in the context of behavioural approach in teaching:
Teachers are required to have clear didactic aims and
evaluate their achievement through training activities and prac tice making use of NT.

10. Constuctivism
Unlike the behaviorists, Papert (1993), mainly influenced  by the cognitive theory of Piaget(1970), regards learning not as the transfer of knowledge from teacher to child, but as the product of building and reconstructing knowledge by the child itself.
According to the Rapti and Rapti a. (1999),
«... Papert wanted to give emphasis to the participation of the learner in the process of learning and discovery modes, through which he  actively builds his cognitive construction , but also understands this process. One of the  applications of constructivism is that of Papert's Logo and the Turtle language. "

12. Constuctivism
For Papert ….learning is effective when done through a rich and specific activity during which the trainee is experimenting, constructing a product that makes sense for him.
During the learning process it is of great importance to keep in mind:
the personal time of each student,
dialogue and exchange of views
the correlation of the various fields of learning (Papert, 1993), which is improved with the use of NT.
