Applicants will have the capability to log into Greenport and submit Bituminous Surface Mine applications electronically.
Applicants will have the capability to manage their own users that can access the permit applications and work on their behalf.
Applicants may submit payment for permit fees via ACH or credit card.
The Department can review application electronically, create correction notices and return to the applicant for revision.
Outside cooperating agencies may review and make comments electronically.
Public may review and make comments electronically.
