4. Senior Clearance Forms
You must get a signature from all of your teachers
Additional signatures from Mrs. Sackman (Financial Secretary- Business Hall), Mrs. Belanger (Media Center/Library), Mr. Woods (Cafeteria Manager) and Mr. Pauole (Athletic Director-PE Hallway)
Turn completed forms in to Mr. DiBella by Tuesday, May 23rd
Students may not participate in graduation rehearsals or ceremony if they owe a debt, have not paid senior dues or have not submitted a completed clearance form

5. Locker Clean Out Tuesday, May 23rd
Last names A-K – report to your locker after the announcement during 1st period
Last names L-Z – 2nd period teacher will dismiss you at 8:35
Combinations will be changed on May 24th – do not use your locker on this day

6. Graduation Rehearsals
May 30th – report to the auditorium
May 31st and June 1st – report directly to the gym. On June 1st , you should be dressed in your graduation attire, cap, gown, stole and tassel
All rehearsals begin at 7:30 AM
On May 30th, you will receive your cap, gown, stole, tassel, and extra ticket request form which will be due on May 31st. Graduation tickets, Project Graduation tickets, and other information regarding pictures and DVD orders will be distributed on June 1st.
Any student absent, tardy or seen anywhere else in the building will risk not participating in graduation

7. Graduation Attire
Girls – white dress, white shoes (no tennis shoes or flip flops, 2” heel maximum), small stud earrings only
Boys – white shirt, black/dark necktie (no bow or bolo ties, black dress pants (no denim), black dress shoes, small stud earrings only
Cap, gown, tassel and stole – gown must be pressed, cap parallel to the floor

8. Senior Picnic
Friday, May 19th, 2017…. Rain Date: Tuesday, May 23rd, 2017
Seniors should wear Senior Shirt and report to school at your regular time
After attendance is taken, Seniors wearing their Senior Shirt will be dismissed to the football Stadium at 8:00am
Breakfast (8:15) and Lunch(11:00) catered by Randy’s Ribs & Barbecue will be served during the event
College & Principal Waiver students will be permitted to leave at normal departure time
All other students will be dismissed at 2:00 unless signed out by a parent/guardian

9. Project Graduation College of Southern Maryland Friday, June 2, 2017
9:00pm-1:00am
Free Food …Raffles & Giveaways…Music…Photos…Volleyball
Lazer-Tag…Swimming (lockers Open)
Tickets will be distributed on Thursday, June 1, 2017
