2 EEco The methodology of EmpowerEcosystems was developed to affect an organization in three dimensions: its Strategy, its Structure, and its Behaviors. In this way, we help our Clients create an Intelligent Organization which is capable of responding to internal and external forces in an agile way, and handling change in a way that builds the organization's capabilities every time. The Strategy dimension is crucial - it includes the leadership of everyone in the organization. This is different from the mindset where a single, strong leader clearly and effectively directs the actions of others. An intelligent organization, and our methodology, creates a network of strong leaders who co-create business and continue to develop its potential

How people do what they do is affected by who they are (the Leadership lever) and the tools they use. Design of the systems: formal and informal Design of the processes – how things get done How the ‘rules’ are applied Creating an infrastructure to support the activities

6 Empowernomics Our unique, powerful approach, Empowernomics, uses three levers to impact the organization.

7 Leadership What decisions must be made How will decisions be made
Who is considered a leader in our model? We start with a proprietary Social and economic assessment to pinpoint opportunities, followed by a co-creation process to develop a strategy and plan.

8 Processes Our EmpowerTeams approach to work creates a network of self-managing people who collaborate to continuously achieve results at a fast pace. This is a complete process, which involves a different perspective on work, accountability, and truly requires the empowerment of everyone to accomplish goals at a higher level.

9 Tools Of course, the Empowernomics model is enabled by the Tools, however the methodology and the mindset are critical; this is not a tool-driven approach. Specifically, the Intellibanks system we use is extremely flexible to enable Clients to shape the tool in the best way to fit their immediate needs, and can continue to adapt as future needs are uncovered. We believe it's important to 'use what works', and that is not the same as 'making something work'. Our methodology focuses on the people and the things they want to accomplish and our tools are meant to support them - not the other way around.
