14. Gustav Klimt
Gustav Klimt was born in near Vienna, Austria, the second of seven children. His father was an engraver and was married to Anna Klimt. He lived in poverty for most of his childhood. He was one of seven children - 6 boys and one girl - Joanna.
At the age of 14 life started to look up. Klimt was allowed to study at the Vienna School of Arts and Crafts. This was a very big art school and it was an honor!
