ECG of a 2-month-old infant with DCM secondary to the left coronary artery arising anomalously from the pulmonary artery. Note the large QRS voltages in the precordial leads consistent with biventricular hypertrophy and dilatation. The deep Q waves in leads I and aVL are consistent with a lateral myocardial infarction. Inverted T waves in left lateral precordial leads represent a repolarization abnormality and are consistent with left-ventricular strain.
