Note the large QRS voltages in the precordial leads consistent with biventricular hypertrophy and dilatation. The deep Q waves in leads I and aVL are consistent with a lateral myocardial infarction. Inverted T waves in left lateral precordial leads represent a repolarization abnormality and are consistent with left-ventricular strain.
