2. Psalm 34
1 I will extol the Lord at all times; his praise will always be on my lips. 2 I will glory in the Lord; let the afflicted hear and rejoice. 3 Glorify the Lord with me: let us exalt his name together. 4 I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears.

3. 5 Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame. 6 This poor man called, and the Lord heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles. 7 The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them. 8 Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.

4. A PEOPLE…Who know GOD IS GOOD

5. WE know it:

but not our ability to experience."

7. What we believe about God’s goodness determines how we will respond to the trials and circumstances of everyday life
Our view of God impacts everything!

8. Circumstances:
may cause us to wonder
don’t alter who He is

9. He is not:
mean
mad
Bad
He is good

10. Because of WHO He is - He does WHAT He does
It is out of his intrinsic goodness that He does good things
Because of WHO He is - He does WHAT He does

11. Circumstances don’t change Him
He is as good today
as He was yesterday
as He will be forever

12. Psalm 27:13
I would have fainted, unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

13. Psalm 23:6
Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

14. God is good - all the time All the time - God is good
