Global Open Access Portal - constantly updated and evaluated

7. World Press Freedom Day – 3 May

- Theme: Media Freedom Helping to Transform Societies
- Over 700 participants from 88 countries
- Half of the participants were Tunisians

Jury comprises 12 independent members representing the six UNESCO regional groups
Members – professional journalists - serve for 3 years
