8 Documents required for iec
Application for new IEC will be accepted in online mode only. As per the Public Notice No.58/ , Online aplication for IEC require only 2 documents to be upload electronically. PAN Cancelled Cheque bearing entity’s preprinted name of Bank Certificate, besides the Digital Photograph of the signatory applicant. Online application for IEC can only be made through digital signature

26 Duty Exemption Scheme (DES)- Documents Required
Application - ANF 4A Fees of Rs 1000/-, subject to a maximum of Rs 1,00,000/- on CIF Value/ Duty Saved Amount. EOP – 18 Months

27 Technological up-gradation
Zero Duty EPCG Scheme. To facilitate import of Capital Goods (Machineries) for producing quality goods and services for exports. Obligation Period : six (6) times of Duty Saved amount in six (6) years

28 DOCUMENTS REQUIRED a. Bank Receipt (if fee has not been paid electronically) evidencing payment of application fee in terms of Appendix 2K. b. Self-certified copy of MSME/IEM/LOI/IL in case of products or a self-certified copy of Service Tax Registration in case of Service Providers. (in case of Service Providers, who are not registered with Service Tax authorities, a declaration in this regard will be submitted as a part of the application (declaration no. 7) and service tax registration is not required to be submitted. In such cases RCMC from EPC concerned will suffice). c. Certificate from a Chartered Engineer in the format given in Appendix 5A. d. Certificate of Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / Company Secretary in Appendix 5B

29 DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REDEMPTION
1. Appendix 5C duly signed by Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / Company Secretary along with a statement giving details of the documents submitted by the authorization holder towards evidence of EO fulfillment. 2. Original EPCG authorization along with enclosures. 3. Self certified copies of Bill of Entry in respect of import / invoices in respect of indigenously procured CG.

30 DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REDEMPTION
4. Installation Certificate issued by Central Excise /Independent Chartered Engineer as the case may be. Wherever, installation of imported / indigenously procured CG was beyond 6 months, documentary evidence/reasons for delay. 5. In respect of Third party exports additional documents as required in terms of Para-5.10(d) of HBP 6. Each page of the application should be signed by the applicant.

31 Deemed EXPORTS Deemed Exports” refer to those transactions in which goods supplied do not leave country, and payment for such supplies is received either in Indian rupees or in free foreign exchange. Supply of goods as specified in Paragraph 7.02 below shall be regarded as “Deemed Exports” provided goods are manufactured in India.

32 INTEREST EQUALISATION SCHEME
The Government of India has announced the Interest Equalisation Scheme on Pre and Post Shipment Rupee Export Credit to eligible exporters effective from 1st of April 2015. Procedure for passing on the benefit of interest equalisation to exporters: The banks shall identify the eligible exporters as per the Government of India scheme and credit their accounts with the eligible amount of interest equalisation.

33 INTEREST EQUALISATION SCHEME
banks shall reduce the interest rate charged to the eligible exporters as per our extant guidelines on interest rates on advances by the rate of interest equalisation provided by Government of India. The interest equalisation benefit will be available from the date of disbursement up to the date of repayment or up to the date beyond which the outstanding export credit becomes overdue. However, the interest equalisation will be available to the eligible exporters only during the period the scheme is in force.
